The priest
Father Nikolay Kulinsky was born in 1964 in Kiev, Ukraine.
In 1987 graduated with a Master’s Degree from the Faculty of History of the Dnipro State University.
Since 1991 lives with his family in Israel.
In March 2011 according to the blessing of His Beatitude the Patriarch of Holy City of Jerusalem Theophilos and the decision of the Holy Synod, was ordained to the rank of Deacon in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre by Mitropolit of Kapitoliada Isichios.
From 2011 and utill 2014 served as a Deacon in Holy Sepulchre Church.
In February 2014 according to the blessing of His Beatitude the Patriarch of Holy City of Jerusalem Theophilos and the decision of the Holy Synod, was ordained to the rank of a priest in the Holy Sepulchre Church by the Archbishop of Jordan Theofilaktos.
In the same year was appointed to the position of community priest and sent to the Church of Ascension in Hilda (Amman) and to the Monastery of Twelve
Apostles in Kfarnachum for pastoral work with the Russian speaking community.
In February of 2020 according to the blessing of His Beatitude Patriarch Theophilos and the decision of the Holy Synod was relocated from the Monastery of the Twelve Apostles in Kfarnachum to the Monastery of saint John the Baptist in Ein Karem, Jerusalem in order to serve the Russian speaking community of Jerusalem and the surrounding neighborhoods.
